The service

AudioToolKit provides browser-based audio tools. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

• Only upload recordings you own or are authorised to process.
• Do not upload other people's private conversations without permission.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not upload malware or content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Plans and trials

Free accounts include 30 minutes of audio per day and files up to 20 minutes. Paid plans raise the daily minute allowance, file length and batch size. Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Lemon Squeezy. A trial of 7 days is available once per customer and converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time through your billing provider and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled according to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and applicable consumer law.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Always keep your own copy of any original document before processing it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
